Sumter County Government Has a New Website Design

Welcome to the new, vastly improved Sumter County South Carolina Government website.

We have a new design, intended to make it much easier for the visitors to our official web site to find the information they are looking for.  The new design includes not only a new look and feel, but a lot of new functionality that will aid the County with getting information of interest to the public quickly, and easily.

One of the most noticeable changes is the new navigation.  No matter where on the website you are, the navigation bar at the top of the screen remains the same.  This will make it easier to locate what you are looking for from anywhere on the website.

Spoke too soon...

Spoke too soon...

Well I did it again, I talked about the nice weather with 800 temperatures in February and now it is mid- March with 400 and 500 temperatures.  The Azalea blooms may not survive the next few weeks.  We even had ‘snow’ one morning!  We did not receive much accumulation but it sure was nice to see the big flakes falling.
